Mona Ikan Bakar Kuala Perlis

Hello people!

So today i'm gonna make a review on this superb restaurant! Just like what i said in the last entry, my family went for a holiday and exploring some parts from the north of Malaysia including Kedah and Perlis. 

In Perlis we're stayed in a hotel that located at Kuala Perlis, and realllllly near to the jetty of Kuala Perlis. So from the hotel, we just need to walk to reach this restaurant. But unluckyly i didn't have any picture to show you guys here. Sorry peeps! 

Like seriously, there are soooo many restaurant there and Mona Ikan Bakar located at the middle of the row, or you can see it clearly by google image ok! I've been here for several times and yes, they never disappoint me. 

From the variety type of seafoods including fishes, prawns, squids, mussels, crabs, and also horseshoe crab (belangkas) *never try it and didn't feel like to* to the variety of menu, everythings are good. 

Anddd about the price? It's also very very very reasonable. Just like my family, we're choosing for a siakap fish more than a kilogram, around 300grams of prawns and squids, mixed tomyam, salted fish kailan and four plates of rice and these all were charged for RM 100.00 . It's actually rm103.00 but the owner is a very kind hearted person and she said "it's okay, just a hundred miss." Well, i love this kind of attitude in seller. God bless you, madam! 

For the taste in the cook, i find it good. Delicious, especially the sauce of the grilled fish. Or any seafood that we choose to grill. For the menu that i write above, we asked for grilled prawns and squids while the siakap fish to be cook in 3 rasa. I'm satiesfied with the taste and my tummy was veeeeryy happy <3 . 

But yeahh, different people have different taste huh, as my father said it's just so-so la, not tooo delicious. But not ranked in the type of NO-NO food. Haha. Whatever it is, me myself love it! And always wondering when to come back again there. I miss youu yummy squidssssss! Oh, one more! The taste of the tomyam was superb. Really really delicious. Yeah, it's near to the Thai right, so the taste was tiptop. Five star for the tomyammm, yeayy! 

So people, make sure you try their foods when you coming to Kuala Perlis. But I recommend you guys to be there in the evening around 6-7 pm as in the night, especially in school holiday season, all the seats will be full, and MAYBE you have to wait. Depends on your luck i guess. Hehe. 

R&R aunties

Hello people! 

I'm just back from my holiday with beloved family two days ago. So this time we were exploring some parts from the north of Malaysia including Kedah and Perlis. And then there we were relaxing ourselves in one of the R&R(s) in Kedah on our way back to south. 

Walking with my sister, we went to buy the beverages for us and mom and dad. First of the first, yeahh I knew it's a very very extraordinary sunny day that time and again yeahh people do have this kind of a bad temper during this wether... I guess. *raising shoulders. 

But as a seller I don't think she needs to keep talking to her friend or what, I don't know AND making that annoyed face when I'm ordering. Like Hey can't you see I'm chit-chatting with my best buddy right now?-,- 

And there, she was protesting, we're ordering three cups of tea and she DOESN'T allow us to bring the cups in a tray. What's going on babee, is this tray is yours? Or is it made of gold or what?? She said "No, you don't have to bring that cups on the tray, just get it to the table by hand. There are two of you. " 

And there to the table we go, with the cups and.... The tray! Hahaha, I don't care. 

But hey, just like what I said before it's a very hot wether right there and even just about tray, my heart and her heart was boiling inside. Hahaha.

And the second auntie here, selling the cup corns. That corns in a cup with margerine, salts and sweetened milk. Yes, that one! And I'm still guessing this auntie can't handle the wether well as her face was as bitter as non-sugar coffee. No, more than that. Saying " Auntie, a cup of corn please." 

.

There's no replied. Oh, she doesn't heard me. Again, " A cup of corn please, auntie" 

"Hmm . "

With the melody of I heard you la, no need to repeat. Goshhh what happened to the people today?! 

And there again that face when I'm paying for the corn with a big note of RM. Annoyed of me because you doesn't have enough balance? So what, I didn't have to pay? 

And that's it, there ARE enough balance for me in the drawer. Oh god, please blessed me with more patience. 

Looking to my sister, she said "Goddd, gives these people some hint so they know what's good and not, please!" 

Peeps, wherever you are please be kind to others, and yes as they are the elders, still we need to show some respect and a big no-no to a rude behaviours okayy! So handle every situation, and wether too -,- with care. Bye Kedah <3
